Yes, it is

I've enabled the Administrator account but still no
luck.

I went to:

dcomcnf -> computers -> my computer -> right click
properties -> Com security -> Edit Defaults 

Added my domain account (why it wasn't there!) to the
edit defaults...

But still no luck
