That's putting a whole 'nother layer onto the situation...I believe currently we're only "Time to talk to an engineer", not "Time to talk to somebody useful."
In many cases with Symantec, I believe that wager would never be won - at least, if my most recent issue with an Exabyte library is set as a standard.
