Just got done dancing with Symantec with a BUE issue. Took me a week of phone and email tag to talk to a tech. I'd email the tech and tell him I'd be in the office until 5 EST. They would then call me at 5:15 time and time again. Once I pressed to speak direct with a tech I was on hold for 22 minutes.
