Just make sure in CONFIG.SYS you've got DOS=HIGH, then LOADHIGH all the rest
of your drivers and you should be all set.

Does anyone have idea how to make XP recognize 4gb Ram?

This is on a Dell OPtiplex 745 with XP Pro 32bit

I have used /PAE and /3gb in the boot.ini with no luck.

My next suggestion was upgrade to 64bit
