Either get a rDNS entry or use your ISP as your smarthost for Exchange.

Subject: Help with Mail Setup

Hi

I'm a bit green when it comes to certain things and I'm hoping to get
some assistance from the group.

Setup:

Exchange server internally
Use POPBeamer to retrieve email from 3rd party server
Send email through our Exchange server thru our ISP's outgoing servers.

Problem:

I'm starting to get more and more mail bounced back, specifically from
AOL. I believe it's due to how we send our email.

This is the error:
There was a SMTP communication problem with the
recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
            <heltonindustries.com #5.5.0 smtp;554-: (DNS:B2)
http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/554dnsb2.html>

Can I please get suggestions on how to fix? Hosting our own email is
not an option.

Thanks,

Melanie
