SBS w/BES and a Managed Service account. This guy is currently POPing his email from three different devices, including a Blackberry and wondering why when he deletes an email from one location it's not deleted in the other two. His whole need for CTRL+Scroll was because he had replaced an older monitor with a 21" wide-screen LCD and was getting more landscape than he was used too. (Resolution issue. We briefly tried a smaller resolution but that made things too "fuzzy" so we stuck with CTRL+Scroll.)
There was an issue with a pop-up in Word I never figured out, but he wasn't too concerned with it.
