That will be my first step when I get there. I still can't recreate the issue. I actually haven't seen one yet. My boss assures me she has seen this, but didn't think to forward one to herself and see if did the same thing. This is going to be the first time we do work for this particular client, and it's one of those situations where they're giving us a crap assignment to see how we handle it before actually hiring us to be their IT solution. It's just that the requests listed in this particular work order make me want to smack my boss. The vagueness of what the customer expects is madding.
