It's a SW solution - you pick the HW. It installs on Windows, and turns the OS into a SAN. We're evaluating several pieces of HW to run it on. Nice thing is, you're not tied to any particular HW, though they do charge by the TB you configure.
We're looking at two 4TB boxes with replication, separating them in the building across a *real* firewall - across the building's common core.
