My understanding is that BE 12 will have an SBS version for SBS 2008 I think it will be BE 12.1 or BE 12.5 which will be fully SBS 2008 aware, with all necessary agents included.
Also Symantec have dropped the prices of the SBS BE dramatically, we purchased BE 12 for SBS standard with 1 year maintenance which will cover for upgrades until the SBS 2008 version comes out, for less than the exchange agent alone. So the SBS version of BE is the way to go for SBS systems.
