We just completed a large staff move, but should be stable for quite a while.

We're going with 90+% analog stations - only about 12 or so stations
SIP/VOIP out of about 250. We'll eventually migrate to VOIP, but it's
going to be a long while.

Any concerns with signal degradation using patch panels, vs. 110?
