I worked for a government agency that for legal reasons got booted off the 
Internet.  Had to get one of those to get accurate time information on our 
network.  I used a NTS-150's with window  and roof mounted GPS antennas 
from Symmetricom:

but a quick google search of GPS NTP appliance shows that there are now 
lots to choose from.  Learning about stratum sources and latency is fun 
when dealing with time...

Also I prefer units with external (and grounded) antenna's - esp. if roof 
mounted.  Yes, lightning can strike the same place more then once - that's 
all I'm going to say about that :)
