+2 Same Deal here, works like a champ. Cisco Router (s) talk with the Stratum 1 servers for time. Root talks to Cisco and the Child Domains talk with root.

If so synch the PDC emulator with the Cisco router. From there configure the other DC's to synch with this DC.
