I have found that it depends a lot on what OS the mobile device is running
if you will get a connection or not.  I am not the brightest bulb but I
ended up having to replace the mobile device because of that issue.  Some
OS's just plain will not connect.  The Mobile device center also needed a
download from Microsoft just to get it to work as well but that is
documented on the Vista site some place.
