On mine it did not work but I would have hoped that Len had tried that already. There is a note of what OS versions will and will not work in the documentation I was referring to. Our device was too old to and did not have all the necessary software to make it work it was a 5+ year old PDA. It was also not upgradable. You are right though Len never implied that he had tried a reset of both my bad.
