We used Heat until about a year ago, think each client license was ?1,000 or ?10,000, can't remember off-hand how many 0's there were. We had to use a botched-up web interface where we could only take a call or close it.
We now use InfraEnterprise, which I think is about 3000 a license. A lot easier to use, with more features, but still some niggles.
