I, too, have been in a sporadic effort to find a Helpdesk software for my
consulting company. I had installed Spiceworks and thought it looked like
something that I could use. But later, my AVG found something in it that it
didn't like so I uninstalled it and AVG was happier. I havn't gotten back to
the project (still using paper) but would like to trySpiceworks again. Where
is a good place to d/l it from? I'm confident I got a clean copy last time.
