I'm not entirely positive. This was my first experience with Dell "consumer"
support. I was surprised how adamant they were that their authorized service
rep performed the hardware replacement. I knew I was in trouble when I saw
him continually messing with the PXE boot options for the integrated NIC in
an attempt to resolve the issue. I'll check the processor when I get home
tonight.
