True.. but consider the average user is probably not going to understand how to request Remote Assistance. :-) Heck, *I* don't even know how to do it. At this point, once VNC is installed, all a user has to do is call me and tell me "I'm having trouble with x, can you take a look?" I then launch VNC Viewer, log into their desktop and see what's going on. :-) No action required on their part. :-)
