The biggest problem I have found is that the user tree and the Remote Admin tree do not look the same! Having said that ones you have it configured is quite easy to manage, I have 5 different Configurations that I can ally to 64 bit, 32 bit / servers and desktops and also an additional Laptop config set for download from ESET direct if they are away from the office. Trying to read the docs is almost more confusing than to play with the settings! But as I said ones setup, pretty easy to manage.
