I understand that is the case with 3.5.

The OP was suggesting that the free client was no longer there with 4.0,
which I have not run. Subsequent posts appear indicate that original
premise is incorrect.

The free VI Client issue is a _separate_ issue from licensing the server
is all that I was pointing out.
