Rsync or Xcopy via scheduled task if you're looking for a free MS based replacement. Just watch out for task overlap, I've seen people schedule 15 minute replication intervals for all deltas but it wasn't enough time to complete...task queue fills up, you get the idea.
I've also seen some IT mojo worked with the Microsoft file server migration tool since it handles perms, shares, etc. I prefer Dfs if it's my call. Options abound, YMMV.
