I am 45 years old. Be 46 in November.

And, in case you are wondering about my weight, I stand 5'10" and am 209lbs.

The issue is that I am diabetic and it caused constriction of some main
arteries on my heart. The blockages were already there, but because those
arteries became constricted it made the blockages more pronounced.

Really, I have been watching my weight and have been told by my doctor that
is within proper allowances. They kept questioning me in the hospital if I
smoked, drank, ate fatty foods. When I told them that I didn't smoke, drank
and I do watch what I eat, because I am diabetic, they could not understand
it. Back in 2000, when I was diagnoses as being diabetic, I was nearly
290lbs. The diabetes took care of some of the weight, but is has been a
fight to get it down to where I have it now.

Now, my PSA: If you haven't had a heart stress test done, and you are
feeling tired, or you think that you are feeling stressed because of work,
please, go get it done. Don't wait till later. There might not be a later.
Make an appointment and get checked out by your doctor. I'm glad that I did.
