SCOM is the mutt's nuts as far as I am concerned....integrates nicely with Citrix, AD, Exchange, Dell hardware, and just about most other (especially MS) products out there, saves me having to look at about fifteen different consoles and provides me with information about stuff I didn't even know was an issue. However, as we are a non-profit, I am sure that the fact we get it cheap has a big bearing on my preferences. Only used the Orion stuff briefly at a previous gig and I wasn't too excited about the interface...but I was bang into OpsManager back then too so I'm probably a bit biased.
