SCOM is the mutt's nuts as far as I am concerned....integrates nicely with
Citrix, AD, Exchange, Dell hardware, and just about most other (especially
MS) products out there, saves me having to look at about fifteen different
consoles and provides me with information about stuff I didn't even know was
an issue. However, as we are a non-profit, I am sure that the fact we get it
cheap has a big bearing on my preferences. Only used the Orion stuff briefly
at a previous gig and I wasn't too excited about the interface...but I was
bang into OpsManager back then too so I'm probably a bit biased.
