I've been training my users to turn the wireless off when not in
use/needed.  Most laptops either have a hardware switch or a keyboard combo
to turn off the radio.

but doesn't discuss a way to distribute the change to other computers in
your environment without visiting each one.  I'm not sure if netsh would
have enough capabilities to handle this.  I've found user training above to
be fairly effective, although they tend to grumble about it sometimes...
