Sounds about right.

 

And quite frankly, for a company to "only" be valued at 3.x $bil when
they were a mover and shaker in the networking space 15+ years ago
smacks of mediocrity.

I'm not sure what the value proposition is.

 

3C509's and 3C905's were_THE_ nics back in the day. They've been on the
decline ever since.
