What's Crowley's line? "There are seldom technological solutions to
behavioral problems"...

If they can't remember a simple Blackberry pw that they need to use several
times per day, maybe they shouldn't have a Blackberry... Or a domain
account...

Set it to something they can remember, then tell them not to change it. If
they change it and forget it, then they suffer the consequences (help desk
ticket, waiting for a reset, etc).
