We get all our ups replacement batteries at ragebattery.com. All the  
digging around I've done, their SLA battery prices (Rhino brand) are  
hard to beat. I tear apart apc rbc7 packs for the basic hardware,  
wiring harnesses, etc, to rebuild.

(as far as the last bailing out comment, I'd suggest staying as far  
away from tripp-lite as possible)
