OK, I've been frightened away from BatteriesPlus.  I don't care if they 
will replace a bad battery in seconds.  I have no maintenance window.  If 
I need to shut down a part of my network because the batteries are not 
hot-swap, then the replacements had #@&$ better be good for a few years!
