Make sure you point out that this guy is not changing his password and that depending on the wording of your legal aggreements with the staff he may be violating those legal aggreements. I would add that if any email is sent from any of these accounts there is no accountablity for who actually sent it from that point on. If nothing else that might get his attention. I suspect you will have a lot of very unhappy people once they find out that their accounts are no longer theirs. I know I would jump ship as fast as I could find a new job.
