Yes it used to work, ports 20 & 21 are allowed and it appeared to start having problems when we put the firewall in. Our firewall is not on site, it is a phone company solution, so I cannot bypass it other than going home and checking which I did.
I spoke with the firewall support team and they say there is nothing being blocked into our network if it has been initiated from within the network. It¹s crazy because I can get Core FTP Lite to work but other users cannot.
