Indeed. I have no sympathy for the McMansion folks.

Mind you, I wouldn't mind having one myself, but I recognize the costs
involved. Heck, if the only way to get good cell reception on my
20-acre spread was to lease a tower to on a 1/2 acre plot, I'd do it,
but I'd drive a hard bargain and make sure I got good Internet access
out of it too.
