How about putting one of the ok lexmarks on the port where the Konica is and see what happens? Also maybe compare the network settings on the lexmark vs. Konica? Pings come back ok for all ? Does the Konica configuration print out look okay or the web management page that shows it's stats and settings? Anything showing up in the event vwr on the server relating to the Konica?
