This is a known issue. I just finished dealing with it. Change the drive letter in disk management, then download the firmware update for the drive. TSST, I'm guessing... it's on Dell's site. Once you give the drive a new drive letter it will show up when you run the intel management util. It drove me *nuts* figuring this out. Hopefully it works for you.
