Curious to see this recommendation as well - I once wondered where disk space 
was going until I found the shadow copies settings...

I have just used existing drive myself and had never even thought about another 
option.

Those of you with servers with several volumes/lun's full of data, if you're 
using Shadow Copies do you use a dedicated drive for the shadow copy data 
volume or do you just use the free space on the drive you're shadowing?
