Also, IBM tech support, in my experience, has been VERY good (I've got a number of IBM servers, both x86 and RISC based, and IBM has *NEVER* let me down (I can't say the same for HP or Dell, and I've dealt with both more than I care to). I usually get someone in North America (again, I can't say the same for HP or Dell). The last time I called IBM (about 3 weeks ago) I got a guy in Atlanta who was very knowledgeable and able to immediately answer my questions.
If you call them, I seriously doubt that you'll be sorry.
