Thanks!

It appears to be an LSI controller.

The Server CD hinted, previously, that it had created a RAID 1 for me.
Perhaps it lied.

I've gone back and run the RAID setup from the "webBIOS" utility, and now
I'm going through the Server disk again.

If I get "the graphic" again, well, I have plenty of 3.5" diskettes and my
boss has a 5.25" drive (but it's on his museum shelf)...

Thanks for encouraging me to call IBM. I'll definitely do that upon my
next failure!
