Fair point. I've not had to call Dell in quite a while, as we dumped them on the server side in favor of IBM about 5 years ago. On the desktop side, we dumped them in favor of Lenovo a year ago.
So, perhaps my experience with Dell is unfairly jaded, as it is old experience. My experience getting support on an HP StorageWorks unit a few years ago was absolutely abysmal....I hope things have changed...
