Or at least that they follow the rules. Most people don't seem to know what a "Yield" sign means. If people yield properly, rotaries (that's what we call 'em up here in New England) work okay in light usage. Once you start getting traffic volume, though, they tend to get "stuck" with one road entering and everyone else having to wait forever, and/or force a lot of stop-and-go entering.
