I need to look into Lync, usual Microsoft licensing matrix "fun" in that it's not entirely clear what features you get with Standard CALs vs. Enterprise on the conferencing side of things.

The Live Meeting client is now history and its part of the main Lync Client. Very easy to schedule meetings as links into Outlook. All in all, pretty cool.
