We use Lync for internal meetings and IMs, but have recently started using Fuze (www.fuzemeeting.com) for our external meetings.
Cost is roughly the same as the 'big players', and it is Flash-based so there are fewer "I can't download the plug in" complaints. The big advantage for us was on the web conference - Fuze allows up to 100 attendees, everyone else was capped at 25. We have a daily Ops call that usually has 30-40 attendees and too many people were being 'shut out' of GoToMeeting. I still have LiveMeeting, but, IMO Live Meeting's UI is about as user friendly as Lotus Notes so I've been much happier with Lync.
