Most DI apps do now support RGBA DPX files.  its a matter of what flavor of
DPX that differers.   Even Lustre which is RGB uses backburner to stripe
the alpha and nest it alla flame style alpha nesting.   So its pretty
important that Nuke support this correctly.   I get asked for alphas and
when grading ask for alphas all the time.
