The "redguard" thing has been around for quite a while.  It propagates itself 
across scripts somehow...  Eventually it usually causes scripts to break on 
load and half of your nodes are gone.  I've probably text edited this thing out 
of scripts hundreds of times...  Could never track down how it was getting 
added.

I even grepped every file I could think of that Nuke loads, from the facility 
root level down, for "redguard" and could not find the source.

There are a few others like "alpha.G_matte", "horizon"-something, "rga.alpha" 

If you see any of these in your scripts, I would suggest text editing those 
add_layers out and start praying to any relevant deities..
