You can try using a ColorLookup and sample/match every swatch.

There is also this:

Subject: [Nuke-users] match color charts between HDR and plate for every color
swa

Hi,

I am not sure if this is commonly handled in Nuke by compers or look-dev
artists. Say in the case I have the Macbeth color chart shot as part of the HDR
environment map and also a still frame of the chart shot by the plate camera
(camera setting kept the same). If I want to match the color of the HDR
environment map to the plate based the color charts, how should I match very
closely every single swatch of the color chart presented in the two images?

I have tried to use the grade node for the black point and the white point, but
it doesn’t give me close match for all the color swatches. I guess there is a
color transformation between the two?

Thanks.
