Each swatch should be a solid color and a different specific 
position in the RGB curves graph. I don't have Nuke in front of me, but 
you should be able to sample each swatch on the source and destination 
images and create several keys in the curve graph.

I haven't tried the ColorLookup node for this. But say I matched the first 
swatch, how can I match the next swatch with the ColorLookup without affecting 
the first swatch that I just matched (and moving forward to match all remaining 
swatches)? This is the part puzzling me....
