If you need to bake-clone a Camera you can copy from this line onward, it's 
less code:

except that you won't need the branching around line 87.

If you use this trick

cloned_cam = getattr(nuke.nodes, selected_camera.Class())()

you can be sure that you are going to create a node of the same Camera subclass 
as the one you started with.
