You can use Resolve to transcode the dngs to for example a linear gamma. 
Resolve also ships with a BMDFilm to linear lut (1D) thay can be used in Nuke 
as a ColorLookup.

As for the primaries, there's no way to convert those into a known colorspace 
(as far as I know). As a workaround, I think you could use Resolve to output 
ACES exrs and then convert those into a colorspace of your liking.
