The most straightforward way is to put them through Resolve and export them the way you want them as EXRs (or whatever). It will save you more time than trying to beat them into submission in Nuke. I used that on the last show I did where I did a 10 second grade to get them more in line with the Alexa, then output EXRs.
Also if you can do that I’d recommend using ACES inside resolve as it gets the nicest image out of the files.
