Yes, the lut ships with resolve, you should find it in the lut folder. If you 
can't import the lut directly (or if it clips values), open the lut in a text 
editor and import into a ColorLookup node.

I don't have any experiences with dngs in Nuke and I agree that it would be 
nice to have the option.

Problem is Blackmagic haven't released the primaries for BMDFilm, which makes 
it hard to use. You could approximate them (for example by using the included 
BMDFilm to Rec709 lut as a reference). That beeing said, it might also be 
enough to treat the primaries as Alexa footage, it's not that much off.
