They do not share with small shops like they share with big shops. Visiting and demoing is not the same thing. I have seen both and it's not even remotely the same kind of relationships. Well right now they aren't having good relationships with a whole lot of people. Tech support in weeks is kind of still a total joke from what used to be hours or at worst a day.
