I understand that the list is primary channel for the communication and the 
importance of the meetings.

I have no problem to make a proposal via the list.

My original concern is that the pace of the WG process seems too fast for a new 
subject.

The primary method of communication in the IETF is through discussion on 
the list, not through the meetings.

The meetings are intended to progress exceptional issues, previously 
discussed on the list, which need the additional bandwidth of a face to 
face meeting.

If you have questions regarding the text in the framework, please ask them.

If you wish to propose additional or alternate text, please post it to 
the list, so it can be discussed.

If there is consensus on proposed changes to a WG draft those changes 
will be incoprorated in that draft.
